Just made a huge stock of pumpkinsoup for the fall/winter. I’m a bit sad ‘cause I accidentally used too much water, so need to thicken it a bit, maybe with vegan cheese or just heat it a bit longer for the water to damp.

It’s still good though ^^ <3

Also loved eating the pumpkin right after I put it in the oven for 45 minutes.

Just pictures of me, to see the changes in me since I’ve become a (raw till 4) vegan. (So no meat from land or marine animals, dairy & eggs)

This is my vegan body revolution.

I stopped smoking, drinking alcohol, drugs & coffee. Quit the salt and the sugar, bread products, white rice, any kind of sauce, soja products, sweet and salt products like chips, chocolate, candy & cakes, fried food and most processed food, food that contain alot of E-numbers, black & green tea, most oils, boullion & most spice mixes.

I have my reasons for it. Sometimes I have a day when I do eat something that I prefer not to, but it’s not a huge problem for me.

What I do eat is, alot of fruit & green veggies in a smoothie, that contains alot of superfoods & water. I also use Zeoforce, chlorella, spirulina & MSM daily to detox my body.

I love to eat loads of fruit through the day or I make a big green salade with loads of other colours in them as well. Also love to eat dried fruit, nuts and seeds.

In for dinner I prepair my food, sometimes I cook or wok my food. I eat potatoes, brown rice or quinoa. I don’t eat pasta often. I use only cocos oil, instead of other oils. Sometimes I make a curry, it’s a paste I don’t make myself, but it’s okay I really love green curry! I don’t eat it often. Most of the time I prefer potatoes! Also love lentils, beans & pumpkin. Especially in the winter! 

After dinner I use my supliments again, same as the morning. I drink 2-3 liters of water a day, next to my smoothies. I prefer to use superfoods in all my meals. 

I dream of having a drying oven and a food steamer some day. :)

Vegan green curry!
I used: 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, some green asparagus, 2 tomatoes, 1 can of green peas, 1 can of coconut milk, 1,5 tsp. of green curry paste, soy sauce &amp; cumin powder. And a mix of brown rice &amp; wild rice. With some serundeng on top!
No salt added!

What I eat for dinner as a vegan!

I don’t use recipes actually. 

It’s a vegan lentil dish. I used: 1 can of brown lentils, 1 zucchini, 2 tomato’s, 2 small onions, 2 cloves of garlic, half a tsp. of tomato purée. 

with spices like:

Cumin, hot chili, coriander, siamees ginger, cinnamon and really small pick of cane sugar. 

Some cooked potato’s with falafel & avocado on the side. In the end I found out that I didn’t even needed the extra falafel & avocado, because the dish was good enough by it’s self. 

No salt added!

I recomment to brush your teeth after breakfast and before bedtime ofcourse. But it would be good to use a mouth wash after consuming fruit. Rinse your mouth and teeth after lunch and diner. You can also rinse your mouth by drinking a glass of water after consuming fruit.
Use mouthwater that contains fluoride! That&#8217;s most important, it doesn&#8217;t matter if it&#8217;s a cheap brand or an expensive one. Look for fluoride on the package.

This time nothing special, just a friend holding my paperwork while stuying about vegan food and superfoods. I always want to know more and learn more. I’m 23 now and I don’t go to school anymore but I’m always self-studying. After my body cleanse, detox diets I’m living an almost raw vegan lifestyle and loving it.
